These boys faces and attitudes were to good to let me let their dumb pose idea kill the sketch. Thats a round about way of saying i think this sketch came out pretty fine.

Delawares done. Im eating some curry with saemee and jim valentine. Listening to some kind of music or another. Time for a little postum.

I drew this little boy. His dad was really cool and liked it.

Fat fun couple. Gonna get married soon.

Dont tell anybody. And i suggested they use my drawing at the wedding. There needs to be more wedding caricatures that dont have an actual "wedding theme" to them. Dont you think?

This customer said "you dont have to worry about us. Were not picky." 

Postum from delaware fair come on out now ya hear

Here is a photo from when saemee was doing a drawing. I hadn't seen the drawing at this point so i went around to look, hoping to understand what the gesture meant.

one of my favorite things these days is drawing small heads on big bodies. so i had a vision for a couple of small heads for this couple. so i started it out and then andy drew the second one. i feel like andy could have went a little smaller with his head--the girl on the left, but i cant expect people to all be  able to make heads as small as i make um right out of the gate since ive spent much of this fair honing my small heads already.

here was a fun lil gal. i just gave her a freebie so we could bring in some customers. she ended up really liking it.

heres another collab i did with andy. i drew the guy. i love when somebody has something on their face that nobody else has. this guy had a gold nugget growing on his face on which grew his nose.

this was one of my favorite collabs with andy. this man i drew was so silly and fun. he kept chuckling at everything these two drunk girls who were being drawn by nate and chua to the left of us said. he seemed like a naughtly little boy with a MAD magazine and a bag of candy.

This couple was not as groovy.  But they did pay.

I don't have any photo reference of these two lovely ladies but don't need it because this drawing makes all photography forever obsolete.

For me this was stress beyond stress but once we painted ourselves out of the corner we were left with a very lovely something or other. I gotta say it. I love this drawing. And I feel like the collaboration itself really created something. There's nothing like the feeling of being pulled way out of your comfort by Chris Chua once you let it happen.
