Painting of a Cartoon

This is a painting I did of a cartoon I made that's on my blog way back there somewhere. This took quite a while, but it's worth it because it's beautiful.

That DID turn out beautiful. And I won't ask what it means, because I'm handicapped when it comes to your cartoons, and you know that:)

Hahahaha. I liked when nate brought a plastic grocery bag into the coffee shop and pulled it out and showed everyone. Completely unexpected and cracked me up!

Thanks to all. Glad you enjoy the space Marlo. That was probly the hardest part. And, Francesca, you don't need to think too hard about the meaning. However it strikes you is how you can enjoy it. or not.

this is great. love your paintings. they have a cool color vibe to them. I like the contrast of cartoony and sophisticated. not that cartoons aren't sophisticated.

I'm with Fran a bit on it, just kinda wished I got the cartoon meaning. would have elevated it even more, at least for me. visually, it's a home run.

I don't think there is one amongst us artists who doesn't dream of having Esky as a patron.

A fun thing what you did.
