Quickness

This drawing happened really fast cuz me and Aida were parked in a 15 minute zone. Aida was with me for a while as I was drawing, and I heard her talking over my shoulder. Then, she said she was going to the car, and I said "ok, I'll see you there in a second." I heard her walk away, and assuming it was only me and the ocean breeze out there, I broke wind very loudly and continued. When I finally figured I was done drawing, I hopped up and saw a man who was standing behind me watching me draw. I gave him a friendly "hey," and ran to catch up with Aida.

Now, does this look like the face of someone who would total a hundred-thousand dollar Mustang?

Robert, here, knows a lot about nutrition and we always talk about what we ate for breakfast, and one of his favorite things is called Laughing Cow Cheese, so I drew him with a laughing cow, and I made Robert extra skinny because he has lost a lot of weight through paying more attention to calories and stuff like that.

This is my darling, Aida. I just found out that her father checks my blog from time to time and that he thinks I'm level headed.

Takin it to the Streets

These are just a few more drawings from public events and street fair sort of stuff. Its way easier to do it like this than you could ever have dreamed. You just show up where there're lots of people. Bring some chairs and at least one big ol' sign that says "FREE CARICATURES! (donations appreciated)" and its a quick 60 bux or so in a few hours. Give it a shot some time. It's best to go with a friend or two, cuz that way you got somebody to talk to in between customers to keep your spirits up.

This lady was really really into it. She loved this drawing a lot, and she made my night worth while.

Yeah. I don't know about the guy. The baby turned out really satisfactory, but the photo is a little blurry. My apologies.

The guy turned out real good in my opinion. I wish you could see his profile. It was so awesome. He had such an awesome face. These folks were real nice too.
